Welcome
My journey into holistic care began during my years as a psychiatric nurse—where I sensed that something essential was missing in the way we treat human beings. As I opened myself to more integrative and alternative perspectives on both physical and emotional health, a new way of working began to take shape. One that honors the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.
At the heart of my practice is a quiet, steady belief: that gentle bodywork can create profound shifts. A tense shoulder doesn’t need to be forced open—but rather listened to & held with care. I believe the body longs to return to balance and wholeness, and that healing happens most naturally when we create the conditions for it. But in a world that rarely allows for true rest, that space can be hard to come by.
Most of us have been taught to live from the neck up—cut off from the quiet intelligence of the body. While I hold great respect for conventional approaches, I also believe that true healing often requires us to look deeper. I offer a range of holistic treatments designed to gently restore balance, soften what feels tight or stuck, and support you in becoming more fully yourself.
I walk the talk every day. I’m a holistic practitioner at heart, and so everything in my everyday life is influenced by my knowledge on health. Eating whole foods, using homeopathy & plant medicine, and keeping my nervous system healthy, flexible, and responsive are all pillars that keep my body and mind in check. I hope to inspire you to do the same.
